Terms & Conditions
  • Shark Snorkel takes place in the Shark Lagoon at Aquaventure Waterpark
  • Participants of the experience must arrive at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • If a participant arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”
  • Our maximum group size is 5 participants
  • Participants must complete an Atlantis disclaimer form before entering the water
  • Participants must wear appropriate swimsuits and should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet
  • Life jackets are required and will be provided
  • Participants should be aware that all our experiences are conducted in English
  • The minimum age requirement for participation in the Shark Snorkel experience is 6 years old
  • Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult
  • The accompanying adult is not required to participate in the experience with the minor under 13 years old, however, they must be
  • present to sign the required waiver forms
  • If the accompanying adult is a non-resort guest and is not participating in the experience, they must purchase a regular Aquaventure Waterpark admission ticket
  • Guests should make their way to the Shark Lagoon before the scheduled start time
  • Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience
  • Intoxicated participants will be refused to participate in the experience
