Please read the following terms and procedures in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All of the below-mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our website, such as:

1. Pricing
   Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

2. Methods of Payment
   We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This will be shown as a charge on your statement.

3. Confirmation of Payment
   Once the payment is made, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by email. Its print can be produced as evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

• Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies. Before booking any activity with Travelax, the client has to read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.
• Combo tours can be canceled, but if any single tour in the combo is canceled, the combo offer will no longer be applicable. In this case, Travelax will consider the individual tour price of the non-canceled tour and refund the remaining amount.
• Tourist Visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made on the Travelax website.
• When booking a combo, please ensure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services that are available in the options.

4.2 No Show

• If you fail to show up for the tour, no refunds, in part or full, can be provided. The same condition applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures
   Before making a cancellation, we recommend carefully reading the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, ensure that you notify Travelax in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll inform you via email, fax, or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the applicable fees. Travelax cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments
   Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local/weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors. Should this happen, we will provide suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability. In most cases, changes in itinerary, if any, will be announced before departure. Please note that Travelax reserves the right to implement minor amendments in the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. No reimbursement will be made in the event of force majeure, such as floods or earthquakes.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
   If we are unable to secure accommodation in your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. Regarding the check-in/check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel you´ve chosen. Travelax cannot be held responsible for early or late check-in/check-out requests not accommodated by the hotel due to their schedule.

8. Travel Insurance
   Travelax shall not be responsible for damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellations. Travelers are advised to obtain travel insurance to handle unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents
   It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure they carry the relevant documents for their tour, including a passport or valid ID. This is especially important for international travelers. No refund will be provided for loss or lack of relevant documents. Additionally, passengers should check with their consulates regarding entry requirements and health or visa updates before their visit.

10. Website Usage Restrictions
    All content on this website, including the logo, images, tour package details, pricing, and other information, is proprietary to Travelax. By using this website, you agree not to exploit its content for non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy
    Travelax will NOT deal with or provide services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with UAE laws.
